Well, it is going to be official. Rowan Jacobson is legally going to be in our custody. This morning has been crazy busy with paperwork and meetings at the court house. Both Jayne and myself thought it was going to be a quick process, but it wasn’t. We were there for three hours straight. Meeting after meeting and then waiting for more meetings. This whole time we haven’t once seen Rowan. Martha has been in the meetings with us.
“Martha, where is Rowan?” I ask as we wait for the next meeting.
“He is in the nursery having a nightmare of a time. He hasn’t settled since last night. I would normally have brought him along, but he has done nothing but scream, which is so unlike him” she tells us.
