CHAPTER TEN NOVEMBER 7, 1960 Last night when I was in bed, I heard voices. No, not the kind of voices that order you to put on lipstick and go rearrange your neighbor’s face with a hatchet. There were muffled voices coming from Ollie’s bedroom, and some occasional giggling, too. I finally heard the back door close around six o’clock this morning.
