Chapter 7 Prince Ezerette Mclane "Layla, look at what you've done!" I shouted as I paced in front of the sisters. Cheena looked guilty. Although she wasn't supposed to be blamed, she still claimed it. She said that if it weren't for the evil thing she had planned, none of this would have happened. Layla, throughout my bitching mode, kept her mouth shut. Layla felt guilty about what happened. We explained to her what happened and what plan we had. Cheena said that she had edited the picture for me to use as a decoy or something. The photo wasn't real. Too late, she had published an article about me. The words were buried fresh in my head. It was awful. The moment she had published the article about the marriage of I and the man I didn't even know, the article had been bombarded with a lots of comments. Some of them were happy but some of not threw a fit about how disgusting it was. Layla wasn't thinking right. What she wrote on the article made my life a Hell. If I knew this would happen, I would have been in Penny's arms right now. That idea was much better than this. Layla pouted at me. Nope, that wasn't going to work. Even if she was beautiful and hot, nope. Her pouting at me would not work. She had practically messed my life and now, I was facing the consequences. I knew lying was a bad idea. But still, I lied. To my mom. So this was God's way of telling me I shouldn't have lied, or this was the punishment of God for me. "Calm down, Eze." Layla said as she gave me puppy eyes. I glared at her. Calm down. She told me to calm down when I was going to be crazy because of the mess she had created and put me in. "I've already deleted the article, Eze." I scoffed. Although she had already deleted the article, I doubt that everything would work fine, considering she had a lot of followers and Layla was a bit famous. I remembered her article and I gritted my teeth in annoyance. 'Let me tell you guys something. This is exclusive! Well, you know what I do for living, and since you've been a very good followers, I decide to break the news to you. My friend, or more like my sister's best friend, has gotten married! What amaze me is that, they are both guys and my friend never told us he's gay. I will not say his name but you can gush and squeal with the picture I got. It happened on a beach. Can you believe it? A wedding beach! That's awesome.  I know that some of you won't believe it, but this is real! Josh Heid Thompson, known as the God, married my best friend! We never expected that Thompson is in love with my friend and I'm so happy for them. I wish them luck and all! Look at the picture, they looked so happy. They are really in love with each other. Where's the love of my life? When will my prince come and take me and marry me? I want what Josh and my friend have. It's so romantic. If my prince charming do it, I'd probably die. But everything is happening magical. My friend is so lucky to have the one and only Josh Heid Thompson! Oh My God! What if they make babies? I can imaging their little kids, that look like them, running around the town! That would be so cute and fantastic!' I nearly cried because of frustration. "Calm down, you say? How can I f*****g calm down when I'm about to die because of this mess?" Layla flinched at the harsh tone of my voice. "Eze, calm down." Cheena spoke, a sad expression on her face. I knew that she was just trying to be an awesome best friend, and I could understand that she was siding with her sister, but I was too mad. "I shouldn't have done it. I shouldn't have even suggested it. What's done is done and we have to deal with it. We'll tell people that it's anything but a mere joke. We'll tell them that it's edited only. Layla, now, since you're the one to have created the mess, why don't you do the pleasure of cleaning it?" Layla rolled her eyes then grumbled. Layla was a little bit hard-headed. She was stubborn. Although she was older than her sister, she always acted like a kid. She unwillingly stood up to pick her laptop and took a seat again. She waited until the laptop turned on and logged-in her f*******: account. She gasped and stared at the screen with a shock expression written all over her face. I took a peak and saw that she had a lot of notifications and messages and I frowned. What's shocking?  Cheena scooted a little closer to her sister and stared at the screen. She looked at it in horror and her eyes went going back to me and to the screen.  "Holy s**t," Cheena spoke as she motioned me to check what they're looking at. "You need to see this, Prince Everette Mclane." I walked over there and looked at the screen. At first, nothing was of my concern, but then my eyes trailed at the page named UsWeekly. Then I looked at the article's name, which title was: 'EXCLUSIVE: Josh Heid Thompson: Married to a man and there mini beach wedding'. Layla opened the link and it opened up another website, where the article had been published. We three read it while holding our breath. 'Exclusive on UsWeekly.com, a famous billionaire, Josh Heid Thompson, is already married! There is a picture that has been circulating on social media sites, such as f*******:, Twitter, i********:, and other sites. The picture was first uploaded onto a girl's blog. But then the blogger deleted it a few minutes ago. She then published an apology that it wasn't supposed to leak. But before she deleted it, a one follower has grabbed the picture and sent it to us! Now, could you look at that? Not that Josh is now married, but he has married a man! When you take a look at the picture, clearly, they were having the best time of their lives. We can't believe that Josh Heid Thompson, the CEO of Thompson Worldwide, is gay and happily married to a man. We just hope that everything works out fine. Josh Heid Thompson is known as one of the world's best businessmen. But it was really a surprise to us that he's gay. There has been many rumors of him going out with women after women. But never have we thought that he's gay, much less, married to man. The question is, who is the lucky man? And how did he capture Josh Heid Thompson's heart?' I was doomed. Very doomed. +++ Consciously, people are giving me anything but weird and thoughtful looks. The picture, to the point it seemed very real, reached the social medias. A lot of my friends had tagged me on a post, picture was attached. It was horrible. Many people were messaging me, congratulating me about the marriage and that I was lucky to have the man, which name was Josh Heid Thompson. Had he received the news yet? If he had, what was his reaction? Maybe he was plotting a murder. I didn't want to die, but I could not blame the man because of this. We were both guys, and not to mention, straight. But that was taken away from us. In the eyes of the people, we were both gays and completely in love with each other. Ignoring the people's looks, I just went straight ahead, staring at one direction. There was a lot of shame here, and I was well aware of it. This hadn't happened to me before. My thoughts were running wildly in my head, thinking of possible ways on how would I be able to be invisible. I didn't want people looking at me. Just when I thought this day wasn't going to be a very bad day, a mini van pulled out in front of me and three huge men took me. One man put his around my waist. I struggled to move around, trying to pry the hands away off of me. I tried to put up a fight, but the other man grabbed a hold of my hands. As I was about to shout and scream for help, another man clamped his hand over my mouth, preventing me from screaming. People were just giving me looks, afraid that if they went and help, these three men would punch the hell out of them, or worse, kill them. Oh my God, I was going to die.  They put me inside the van and I groaned as my body hit the window. Apparently, the b***h had shoved me too strong. Good thing I did not bang my head on the metal. I gave them a glare and was about to put a fight when their eyes trained on me intently. Oh well, f**k this. I'd just behave. Muttering under my breath, the man told the driver to head off and soon, we were on the road. There was no point on putting up a fight. I'd just lose. I had to know where they were taking me. At least I had to. What if they were going to take me to an abandoned warehouse and beat the s**t out of me until I was unable to breath and beg? Was this Josh's plan? Oh f**k. I forgot that he was so rich. He could escape this easily. He could make it an accident and my body would not be found anymore. I gulped at the thought, shaking slightly as I shook my head. This was not going to happen. God loved me so much. I swore I wouldn't lie anymore. I'd behave and I would do whatever mom tell me to do. My life wasn't supposed to end this way. I had yet to graduate in College and I had to fulfill my dream. Mom, Dad, and Eclair. They would be left alone! I lost track of time. I'd been pulled and tugged, that's when I got out of my trance and found the three huge men waiting for me to climb down the van. I squirmed when one of them shot me an icy glare. I quickly got out of the van and they led me to a... Thompson Worldwide building. I knew it! Josh would kill me! I just had to explain what really happened. I knew that he was furious and all, I was, too, but it wasn't really my intention to ruin his reputation and destroy his image to the mass. I would tell him the truth, everything he needed to know and I hoped that he'd spare my life. We went inside the huge building and the three men led me to the elevator. The employees had been glancing at our way and a look of recognition crossed their face. I blushed. I wasn't used to people giving me looks. When we got to the elevator, the man beside me punched the 30th floor and I gaped at him. Now, I had to be in an awkward elevator ride for several minutes. We were quiet and nobody dared to speak. Until we heard the loud ding of the elevator and the door opened wide. The man grabbed my arm and I pried his hand away and glared at him. He didn't give me a glance.  Now only did I realize that I was really nervous. On the door was the name of the CEO of the company. The letters were surely made of gold and it was glistening. The CEO's named was plastered on the door. I swore one letter cost more than a million dollar: JOSH HEID THOMPSON.  My heart was beating rapidly against my rib cage and each seconds ticked by, my hands were getting clammy and sweat started to form on my forehead. Even though the place had an A/C, this place felt like I was in Hell. The man who had his fingers wrapped around my arm uses his free hand to knock on the door. I heard a deep voice, telling us to come in. That's when the other man took the door knob and twisted it and opened the door wide. I think I nearly fainted, but the man behind me decided to ruin the moment and be a b***h because he pushed me inside. I nearly stumbled and I gave him a glare and flipped him off. I whipped my head because someone cleared their throat and my eyes widen. In front of me was no other than Josh Heid Thompson. The one that I got secretly married to. Fake. He was looking at me with amusement in his eyes but then it had been replaced with an anger. I was so dead. He stood up and I shrank little. This man radiated power and dominance. I squirmed when I felt his eyes burning at me. He swiftly strode in front of me, his face emotionless. He looked at me with such intensity I whimpered, scared. He harshly took my hand and I stumbled in front of him. Now looking up, his face held malice. He was really angry and I gulped. Then we both went shock and stared at each other. Because the moment he tugged me into him, the commercial on the huge plasma television went off. And it's not a simple commercial. Because it was a wedding commercial. Playing a wedding song.
