I was about to stop Jeannette,tell her how grateful I am for helping me and maybe have a taste of that luscious lips of hers.
It was just at that moment,I got up, that her phone rang. From her fidgeting,I could tell it was a personal call.
My thoughts was justified because it turned out to be her father. Jeannette had shared with me,when we were in Rome about the friction, between herself and her half-sister,which was slowly eating up the relationship,she had with her parents too.
I breathed out, excusing myself,so she could have a conversation with her father. My hopes for getting a kiss was exchanged for a soft squeeze on her shoulders.
