"What are you talking about?" Levi replied confused.
"I told you I met someone today." Alex replied her eyes keenly watching the beautiful lady.
Gosh!!
She was so beautiful that she wanted to take her off the dance floor and some where private just to stare at her the whole night long.
Levi followed her gaze and spotted the red head someone she seemed to be so interested in. Squinting his eyes he wondered if he had an eye problem or was the lady looking a little bit like Chloe. He was standing far away but he could guess she had same grey eyes just like Chloe. He was worried for Alex. Was she falling for the same pre- destined heart break yet or was she trying to heal. It was just two weeks ago when Chloe her fiance had dumped her on the altar claiming she couldn't deal with her lifestyle. BULLSHIT...
To him Chloe had never really loved Alex but she was just to blind to see that the blonde witch was only after their family generational wealth and the protection that her family offered to anyone welcomed to the family. He shook his head hoping Alex wasn't hoping to rebound with a girl looking just like his Ex.
"So this is the someone that put you in a good mood today?" Levi asked, sitting beside Alex and pouring him self a drink.
"Don't start with me!" Alex returned throwing him a you already know what I mean.
"I guess looking out for your friend is now a bad thing obviously." Levi snickered.
" I know you Levi, I have known you for years even without you speaking I can read your thoughts....You are already thinking and saying all sort of weird thing in your head. But whatever it is you are thinking, that's not it." Alex replied tentatively her gaze still focused on the traffic red head lady.
"Well! Well!! Well!!! I guess I will have to keep my thoughts to myself since my friend knows it all."
"Please do, now return to dancing while I focus on the object of my admiration."
"Okay boss, you win." Levi said throwing his hand up as he finished up his drink and stood up to continue dancing with a beautiful lady he just met at the club. She said her name was something related to Vida or whatever but that wasn't his concern his only concern was how to get her laid tonight while she be screaming his name.
Alex saw the red head traffic lady walk off, she seem to be heading towards the rest room. She wanted to follow her immediately but thought it would be weird. They had met at the traffic today and now at a club she might think she was a stalker. So she sat there waiting to see her walk out and then take a shot at speaking to her.

Elfie stared at the man she had loved so blindly for years and wondered what had made her love him in the first place. She turned to leave but he immediately grab her wrist.
" Hey elf,"
She winced at the name than the slight pain she felt in her wrist.
Turning to face him she took a look at his hand on her wrist and eyed her way back to his face frowning. He immediately let go and said gently. " I just wanted us to talk."
"I have nothing to say to you and would appreciate if you would stop showing up in front of me." Elfie retorted holding her slightly bruised and violated wrists.
"Woo!! Come one Elfie. Has it gotten to this point?" He asked with a smug look on his face a look Elfie wanted so badly to slap off but he should probably thank his stars she wasn't a violent person.
She ignored him and tried to leave yet again but he immediately blocked her path smiling sheepishly.
"Please Elf, just give me a chance to explain myself to you." He said looking directly at her eyes.
She laughed. A well throated laugh. This was a trick he always used whenever they had issues back then. A trick that worked so well that she would have immediately forgotten what made her so angry in the first place. He must think she was still that 20 year old girl that was so in love with him and imagined her fairytale ending as when he would propose to her. The girl that was so afraid to lose him because he was the only family she had. He stared at her a little confused.
"Look Elf, I have been trying to reach out to you for months now, but it has really been a dead end." He said and continued when he saw she completely ignored him. " I went to your old apartment and your neighbor said you moved out a year ago, I kept calling your line but seems you blocked me, I even reached out to your work place and was informed that you had resigned."
"So?" She asked her irritation and annoyance showing clearly on her face. He looked confused and shifted from one leg to the other probably surprised that the eyes trick didn't do the trick.
"See my love, I am really sorry for what happened and I want us back. We are perfect for each other you said so yourself that we were a fairytale couple."
Elfie smiled a bitter smile at the thought that she had put her whole life on a man who wasn't in any way worth it. A man who had disrespected her in more ways than one. A man who talked down on her at every minute of their time together. A violent man, all because she wanted a love she deserved and a family she didn't have.
He took her sad smile as a reminisce of that memories and tried to hold her again but she immediately brush his hands off her shoulder and yelled. "Get away from me."
"Elf baby."
"Don't call me that, don't speak to me and move the hell away from me." She muttered not too loudly.
His facial expression changed and before he could control himself he grabbed her roughly on the shoulders. She tried to struggle but he held her strongly. She winced in pain but he didn't care.
She could see it all happening again, the torture and pain of the past. Her head suddenly swelled and the thought of him holding her gave her a sudden nausea. She could hear him saying faintly. " You are mine Elfie, Mine!" And just when she was losing consciousness she saw someone punching him and then she passed out.
