I FELL FOR A PRINCE

Chapter eight

Camila's POV

The guy I'm seeing now is the same guy from the hotel, okay..... breath Camila, in and out...

Maybe he's a staff here too, he can't be the prince, but he's not wearing a staff's uniform.... it can't be......

I kept arguing with my subconscious mind that he's not the prince But

He sat down on the royal table, The kitchen chief signaled me to go and serve the prince his food.

There's no f*****g way he's the Prince of Denmark, I went over to the table with a shivering body and cold hands.

I carried the spoon and started serving him his food, I tried as much as possible to hide face from him, so he can't see me here.

I saw him trying to look at my face, and I turned my head away from him.

He was so curious to see my face, I finished serving his food and hurriedly walked away from the table with my head bent to the earth.

I could still see him looking at me. If only the ground could open and swallow me now.

After some minutes of trying to hide from my one night stand AKA the Prince of Denmark. The royal family finished eating and left the table. The prince was the last to leave.

Before he left I saw him talking to the kitchen chief, she nodded while looking at me.

I, Vivian and another girl cleared the table and took the dishes to the kitchen to wash.

We were introducing ourselves to the other girl, we told her our names and she introduced herself as Brenda, she told us her story and we told her ours.

While we were washing the dishes, Vivian asked me "Why did you suddenly become tensed, even when you went to serve his food your hands were shaking, what's wrong?".

I took a deep breath in and said "You know that guy I told you I had a one night stand with" Vivian and Brenda nodded.

"That's him" I said, Brenda gasped while Vivian opened her mouth wide.

"Yeah that's him, I saw him this morning and he looked familiar, I thought maybe he's one of the staffs and he's just familiar because he might look like someone I know, I thought that until I saw him at the royal table"

"You know I prayed really hard, when I saw him at the table, I prayed that he should not be the prince but turns out he is" I said completely still surprised.

"Hold on Camila, are you telling me you have had a one night stand with the prince before??" Brenda asked me, obviously more surprised that me.

"Yeah, I didn't even know he was the prince, I thought he was just some rich CEO or maybe a high earned employee in a big company or something... this is a really big surprise" I said.

"Camila..... you threw money at the prince's face, and even insulted him, camilaaaaaa" Vivian whisper yell.

"Yeah, even though I'm surprised, I will throw money at his face over and over again if he disrespects me" I said remembering what happened that day.

"Really Camila?" Brenda asked wide eyed.

I wanted to answer but the kitchen chief came in, we all pretended to go back to work,

She called me "Camila, the prince seeks your presence" I looked at her like I had seen a ghost.

Why was he calling me now, did he recognize me, does he want to fire me, I had different thoughts going through my head.

"Did you hear me?" the kitchen chief yelled at me.

I snapped my head at her "I'm sorry ma'am, I heard you" she looked at me with disgust "You work here for just one day and the prince is already calling you to his room" the kitchen chief said and started leading the way to the prince's room.

How is that my fault, why don't you go and ask the prince why he's calling me to his room, I thought and followed her as she led the way to the prince's room.

We went to supposed east side we were forbidden from, we passed a long hall way and finally we got a big black door, no this is suppose to be a gate because tell me why a door will be this big.

She knocked on the door twice and I heard that familiar baritone voice say "come in".

The kitchen chief opened the door and we entered and locked the door.

The prince stood facing one of the big windows in the room.

He said "Georgina, you can go".

The so called Georgina turned back gave me a disgusted look and left.

He cleared his throat and turned back to me. He walked to me and stood few feet's away from me.

"So you stalked me and came all the way to the castle" He said to me.

"I don't know what you're talking about your Majesty" I said pretending not to remember him.

He laughed and said to me "I see....... You're pretending not to know me when you practically stalked me, came to my castle, got a job here and what seduce me cause I know desperate girls and how they behave".

Okay now it was my turn to laugh. After laughing to my satisfaction.

I looked at him and said "You know I pretended to not remember you just now to avoid a conversation with you and just go back to my work but really, you think I would stalk you, do you think I'm that jobless to waste my time to stalk someone..... I didn't even know who you are until few minutes ago at the table and Lord knows I tried as much a possible to avoid you but it's seems you don't want to avoid me".

"But let me put it to you now that I am not here to seduce you and neither was I stalking you, I came here to work and earn money, and that's what I'm going to do" I said angrily and turned to walk out

But he said "I'm not done talking, you can't walk out on the Prince of Denmark". I turned back to him and saw him walking closer to me.

"I know you girls, you pretend like you're not here to seduce me and then melt your way into my life and try to rip me off my money and then when you succeed you flee, I know your gender, you all are desperate, sneaky, Pretenders, thiefs and deceivers" He spat with so much disgust lacing in his voice.

I was hurt by what he said but trust me I can never show weakness "I really don't care what you think, that's your f*****g business but what I know is that I am here to work and that is what I'm going to do here".......... "Can I take my leave now your Majesty, I have work to do". he nodded and I left his room.

He looked shocked, I guess no one has ever made him speechless like that before.

When I got to the kitchen, Vivian and Brenda were already done with the dishes so I only cleaning the area and we all went back to our places of rest.
