Daisy's POV
"I guess you have to go," Liam said softly, disappointment hidden in his tone.
"Yeah, I guess so," I replied, turning away from him as I answered the call.
"Well then, I'll impatiently wait for your celebratory call. Do have a nice day, Mrs. Daisy," he added with a smile, as he picked up my bag and carried it toward the door. He opened the door for me, and I stepped into the car. Today, I needed my driver to take me because, honestly, I just could not deal with the heavy traffic.
