Hazel’s POV The past few days have been nothing short of a nightmare. My real boss—no, my real nightmare—was growing impatient with me. She had given me one job: gather information on Daisy. But Daisy was no fool. She had been getting suspicious lately, and to make things worse, she had even changed the locks on her office door. I sat at my desk, pretending to focus on my work, but my mind was elsewhere. My fingers hovered over the keyboard, typing the necessary data that Daisy needed. Every now and then, my eyes flickered toward her office, waiting for any opportunity to sneak in. Suddenly, the door to her office swung open, and Daisy stepped out, holding nothing but her phone.
