As always, Seek's aim was true. Cryssa could see that if Bey didn't move quickly, the stone would collide with him in an instant.

When Cryssa shouted her warning, Bey's eyes immediately flicked from her to the hurtling object. For a split-second, he watched the stone's approach and didn't move.
