He slowed down, and as we finally got to the Kane compound, Demeterius shifted. He was pulling on a pair of shorts stashed in the bushes and started casually walking out of the trees onto the field, which is a huge backyard. I shifted then and immediately looked for a long shirt stashed in the bushes, to which I luckily found one. I rushed as I wanted to catch up to Demeterius. He was taking big strides back to the house because of his freakishly long legs.
"Hey!" I called out to him.
He proceeded to ignore me as he was headed to the house.
"Demeterius Kane! I still want to talk about this before you go back inside." I was jogging then to catch up to him.
Suddenly, Demeterius stopped in the middle of the field. "I thought we had already talked?"
