Carter had climbed all the way to the top of the mast, and I have to admit, I wasn’t much for it. I wasn’t sure if Carter could be killed. He was linked to me after all, but what did that mean exactly?
“Are you coming up here?” I suddenly heard Carter shout.
I looked up and saw that he was looking down at me with a smile that showed how excited he was. I slowly shook my head before looking ahead again.
"No, thank you,” I said.
