Darlene’s POV
It’s been days since that awkward incidence with Logan, I would try to avoid being left alone in a room with him. He was admitted at John Hopkins cancer centre where he was being treated.
I held on to Amelia’s hand as she excitedly walked with me to Logan’s hospital room.
“Daddy!” Amelia shouted happily as she entered the hospital room Logan was going to hug him.
“Angel!” He said hugging her tight in his arms looking at me with eyes saying what is she doing here.
I started taking out the things I brought for him.. “She insisted on seeing you!” I said turning to him as he let go of her.
“I missed you so much daddy” she said holding him tight
“I missed you too. I hope you have been good to your mother” He said to her as he was running his hands in her hair.
