15 Braden was ready for his shift to be over. He spent the last twenty-four hours ready to claw at his skin. He reached out to Dex, but Dex didn’t know where Jessica was. No one knew anything. No one could do anything. Including Braden. “What’s wrong with you?” Wray asked early in the morning after they got back from a call. It had been a full day since Braden spoke to Stacey.
