Thomas raised his gaze to the hall where his daughter-in-law was watching with a smile. He shook his head, knowing that his kid was whipped by his pretty little wife. Yet, at the same time, they actually respected one another. It warmed him that his son had been right about his girl, but she was so much stronger than anyone gave her credit for. “So, Thomas, was it?
