When clever people design a holding cell, they usually remove all sharp objects from the room. This prevents the prisoners from committing suicide, especially if they’re withholding information.
Grey Oak is both a smart and stupid pack; they let rogues into their home, they try to mess with the pack of rogues next door, and they had a werewolf/wizard hybrid walking around their pack house but they never suspected a thing. However, they also remembered to remove anything that could cause criminals harm from the cells, and put Liam in a different place to me. I can’t see him, I can’t hear him. He could be dead for all I know. That’s what burns the fire for my escape. I need to find him.
