I waited for the driver to arrive at the school gate. When I saw that the car was few meters from the school gate I ran towards it and entered quickly hoping that no one had seen me. I can't come here everyday with this car they'll obviously know my identity now I thought. When I arrived to the castle I was welcomed by my aunt and my mom sitting in the garden. "Oh Kiera has arrived. How was your day sweetie?" aunt Mariam asked. "Great!" I said with a smile. "The owner of the school has called and told me that her son has been looking for you all over the school and didn't find you." mom said. "I guess he didn't search well." I said rolling my eyes. "Okay dear no problem he can find you tomorrow. Now go upstairs and have a shower as dinner is going to be served shortly." aunt Mariam smiled to me. I went to my room and took a shower. I went downstairs to see that dinner is served and grandpa, aunt Mariam, Karam and my mother are sitting on the table waiting for me. "Here she comes." Karam said smiling. I smiled back and took the seat beside him. "So, Kiera how was your first day?" grandpa asked. "How many times are they going to ask me this question today?" I said to myself. I didn't figure that it was loud enough to be heard by Karam also. He smiled secretly and I smiled too. "Why are you both smiling?" aunt Mariam asked. "Nothing mom. Kiera was just--" he said when I interrupted. "I was saying that I had a wonderful day today." he then smiled again and I elbowed him. After dinner, I went out to the garden when suddenly I felt Karam beside me and said "Not happy ha?" he looked at me. "Is it that obvious?" I asked smiling. "Very" he said. "So, how really was your first day at school?" he asked. I chuckled and he smiled. "Miserable." I said. "And why is that?" he asked. I told him what happened from the asshole that sent me to the basketball court to that Karam who is now targeting me. "Hmm, why didn't you tell them your true identity then?" he asked. "I didn't want the students their to like me because of my family status or because they're afraid of me. I wanted to like who I am with my personality." I said. "And if you don't want to live here then why do want them to really like you?" he shocked me with the questions. "I know Kiera that you loved your life back in Egypt and I know it was full of adventures but you can have these adventures here as well. Think about this new life here as a new adventure of yours until you go to America." he continued. "I'll think about it." I said smiling, "Good." he said smiling back. "And if you want someone to talk to you can come to me anytime okay." he said. We kept on talking for a while before we said goodnight and each one of us went to his room. I went to bed thinking of a plan to protect myself from Karam. The next morning I insisted on getting off the car as far away from the school as possible so as not to be seen by anyone. When I entered the classroom it was empty so I went straight to my seat and sat down. Then the teacher and the rest of the students came in and the class started. When it was lunchtime I was going to the cafeteria when a boy stopped me in the hallway putting his hands behind his back. I know who sent him and I tried to proceed my walk to the cafeteria when he blocked my way again "f**k off!" I said. Then more students started to appear from the classes on the side of the hallway. They were all putting their hands behind their back and then here he is showed up from one of the classes his stupid smirk on his face and said "Well well well, the brave girl is here." I wanted to rip this smirk off his face "Tell them to f**k off or I will--" I started talking "Then you will what? splash water all over me again?" he said laughing. "Did you think about what I've told you yesterday?" he asked. "Yes and I won't apologize to you." I said. "Hmm Okay let us welcome you then" he said then he snapped his fingers. Out of nowhere I was splashed with colored water from all of the students that were standing all of them laughing at me. Then it hit me. I'll take my revenge from this asshole. "Oh you're satisfied now?" I said smiling while approaching him. "I know where is the person you're looking for." I told him. "You mean Kiera Yurkhan?" he asked. "Yes" I said. He then was shocked. The expression on his face while I kept on walking to the cafeteria was priceless. I went to the cafeteria and of course everyone was looking at me with my wet and colored clothes. I took my food and decided that I should hide somewhere to eat. I started wondering the halls of the school when I found a hidden room. I entered it and realized that it is a storing room. That's fine! I thought to myself. When I sat down I felt the door opening and a boy entered the room. He was tall with black hair and he was extremely handsome. He was surprised to see me and said "Oh I didn't know that someone will find out my secret place." he said smiling. "Yeah! I tried to hide here because as you can see some silly people are just following orders from a smug." I said and he laughed. "So, you're the new girl that Karam is after ha?" he asked smiling. "Oh I guess the whole school knows that already right?" I said. "No, only few people but Karam was telling me about you yesterday so I figured that out." he answered. "So you're his friend?" I asked and stood up immediately. "Relax! Relax! to answer your question yes, I'm his childhood best friend but I promise you I'm nothing like him. I actually I don't like what he's doing." he said. "Oh someone with a brain in this school at last." I said. "I'm Malek by the way." he said and I started introducing myself when he said "You're Kiera right? Kiera Yurkhan." he said and I stood with an opened mouth for a few seconds and then came back to my senses when he said "Don't worry I won't tell anyone." of course you won't  I thought. "How did you know?" I asked. "Well, I saw a photo of you." he answered. "What? Where? My social media accounts are private and I'm sure that we haven't met before." I said. "No, we haven't met before but my grandmother is a friend to your grandfather and he used to show her your photos. He forgot your photo with her once so, she brought it home and I saw it. It was your seventeenth birthday photo." he said. I remembered sending a photo to my grandpa on my seventeenth birthday part. I was wearing a red dress with black heels. It was taken at the night club I was throwing the party in. "When I saw you yesterday, I recognized you at once." he said. "Why would you help me and not tell your friend who I really was?" I asked curiously. "Because first of all, it's something personal and private so if you want to keep a secret I can't go on and expose it." he said. "And secondly?" I asked and he smiled " And secondly, I guess you have some plan to take revenge and this secret identity of yours is the main plan." he said and I was surprised at how he figured that out already. "And as for why I would help you? Because as I said earlier I don't like what Karam is doing to the students. However, no one had the gut to oppose him before but now I see that this one is here right now standing in front of me." he continued. "What me?" I asked . "Yes, you seem brave and fear nothing even without your family's status and someone has to teach Karam a great lesson so as to back him off." he said. "So, you're going to help me with the plan to take revenge from your friend?" I asked. "Yes, for his sake and for the other student's sake." he said. "Deal." I said excitedly and then we shook hands. Now, having someone to help me had encouraged me to teach this asshole the lesson of his life. The lesson that will back him off till forever. Karam Sayar watch what I'm going to do to you!!
