Ellie's Point Of View
Something jolted me awake. I honestly couldn't tell what but my body felt like it was a second from tearing apart. I couldn't see anything. Warm blood rushed to my face and it felt like I was dangling in the air.
Oh goddess, what was wrong with me? I felt unusually weak. I groaned at the pain that rammed through me, and I felt the weight of the darkness drown me further.
“Ellie,” A voice echoed at the back of my mind, but my brain and mind were in a mess that it took me a second to recognize who it was.
