I was in jail.

I'd never been in jail in my life. I'd never even been called to a principal's office before. We'd be rounded up by the local cops and thrown into one cell while Dickheads and his friends occupied the one across from us.
Anxiety spread in my stomach as the cell opened and Kira stepped inside. We'd use our phone call on Leonardo, asking him to bail us out.
