Percy's POV
The doors of the Empire State Building closed behind us. A building collapsed outside that sook the ceiling. We all ran to the direction of the elevator, lucky this time, the lobby check guy wasn't there, which didn't bring us more trouble cause that guy is really annoying.
The elevator car was small, but we managed to squeeze 10 people in somehow. Artemis pressed the button and it started to pull up.
It was a quite ride, there wasn't any song on the speaker, or advert from Hephaestus's store. It was just a tensing atmosphere. Well not really tensing when I heard Leo humming the song 'Light them up' from the back. All heads turn to him which he replied with a confused look.
"What?" He shrugged "just trying to lighten the mood, you don't like it?"
