20 Sutton Jason cried in the other room. I picked my head up from my pillow and ambled down the hallway. He was sitting up on the couch, looking around, confused, as if he wasn’t quite sure why he’d taken a nap. I felt grateful that he had. That conversation with David had been…awful.
