A written communication has been received from Selene Ashford regarding the recognition of issue born to the union of Selene Ashford and Caden Blackwell. The council will review the matter according to established procedure. He will be notified of further developments as required.
That is all. No detail of what the letter actually says, though he does not need detail. He already knows what she would have written, because he knows what she has needed since the day Rhys handed him the medical transfer page and watched the floor nearly come up to meet him.
