I was pissed on my sorry state. I was disappointed with myself. Lexi was here for ruining Melissa’s life and yet I was sitting here inside my cocoon doing nothing to save her. Melissa was like a sister to me. She always treated me as her best friend and a sister and what I did when she needed me the most. I hid inside my room in her brother’s home and closed my eyes on everything. I disgusted myself to be helpless and pathetic.
