I found my mom crying while looking towards the stage where Melissa was putting the engagement ring in Tyler’s finger. Finally, Melissa got engaged with Tyler. Their wedding is planned for next month and right after their marriage, Nic had decided to get engaged with me. I was on cloud nine this time. I looked at mom who was still crying with a smile on her face. I was worried about her now.
“Mom… what’s wrong?” I looked at her in concern and she laughed while crying. “You will understand this when your daughter will get engaged with the love of her life”, I smiled at her and then wrapped my hand around her shoulder.
