It’s hard to believe that it has been seven years since our last anthology and 21 years since I founded The Copperfield Review. Since 2000, The Copperfield Review has gained a worldwide reputation as a leading market for short historical fiction and history-based poetry. We began as an online literary journal; now, in addition to our online journal, we feature quarterly print and digital editions under our Copperfield Review Quarterly banner. Soon we’ll be publishing other historical novelists under our imprint Copperfield Press. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and how far we still have to grow.
