She places a gentle hand on my shoulder, confused by the sudden display I turn to face her catching her gaze, our faces have been close before but for some reason this proximity made me nervous, it could’ve been the atmosphere, the steam, the smell of lavender or how she rescued her friend from a collapsing building yet she still looked so breathtaking, not a hair out of place
