Nora had collapsed while she was having dinner with Derek. Derek had called Doctor Max, who luckily was around and had returned from his trip by the time the queen collapsed, and after reviving her, Doctor Max suggested that she come to the hospital for more tests and medications.
She was given some first aid, but they didn't know what had happened. She explained that she just blacked out, and that it was the second time it had happened.
After several tests, they discovered that there was nothing medically wrong with her, and concluded that it was the pregnancy that was causing all those episodes. So they went back home with Kara of course.
Kara, in embarrassment, couldn't even explain what had happened between her and Kyle to Nora, and so she went straight to bed.
