"Ok,students we end our class here .Don't forget to submit your projects by next week."Mr.tanner says followed by the bell .Students starts rushing out as it was lunch .I packed my bag and started walking towards the lockers as Ethan and I were supposed to meet their and then head out for lunch.First day doesn't seems that bad ,we had two periods till now first being homeroom and second being AP chemistry and Ethan has AP CS.Somehow my brother is amazing with computers .Thinking this to myself, I reached my locker and was waiting for my brother and I dont know what was taking him so long to come. I was really famished and wanted food.Before I could call him up , I felt a soft tap on my shoulders.

"Hi, you must be the new girl .I'm Charlotte Hayes,we had homeroom together "the blond girl says with a bright smile.

"hi ,Charlotte .I'm Amelia Knight.its nice to meet you ."i reply giving a small smile. Taking her appearance in,she was really pretty . She wore a black skirt with pink crop top and cute boots .

"I love your boots"i said complementing her boots.

"Thank you .Its nice to meet you amelia.You can call me Char or lettie but don't even think of calling me Charlie"she says with a huge grin plastered on her face ,hugging me in the process.

My senses heightened with this sudden physical counter. Before I can react, someone pulls me back "Looks like you made a new friend "Ethan says giving me guilty smile , while i glared at him .

"Yes, i did Ethan .While waiting for someone , i thought why not let be productive "I reply him and rolling my eyes.

"Hi Char"Ethan says giving her a gorgeous smile.

"You know her?"I ask him frowning he just shrugged.

"Yes ,we met in AP CS class "Charlotte says smiling back at him.My stomach started grumbling before any of us could say anything.

"I'm starving and what took you so long coming here?"hiting him on his shoulder.

"Ams i think we should just eat in cafeteria ,as we are only left with 25 mins of break ,it wont make any sense to go out"he says avoiding my question completely.

"yes, i will introduce you to my group as well"Char enthusiastically  starts pulling me to the cafeteria.

"I'm happy , you made a friend .She seems nice"Eth join us, putting his hand on my shoulders ."yeah , she is nice.Why you say in such a way as if i don't have friends". i said shrugging his hands from my shoulder

"Come on Ams , you know i didn't mean it that way.We both know , you hardly let down your guard "Sighing i just agreed with him , it was true . I cant get myself to trust anyone or more even let them enter my dark world.The only people i trusted were my brothers , dad and my bestfriend Eric .He is been my bestfriend since i started school in Louisiana.Thinking of him made me really miss him and reminds me we haven't spoken since we got here.I'll give him a call in night promising myself.Taking the tray that Ethan hands me out and seems like I was zoned out again .Looking around the cafeteria made me realize that for some reason there was pin drop silence and everyone was staring at us .Talk about awkward silence and here it comes .Hating all the attention on us

"Can we just sit somewhere and have lunch .I'm starving "i say to both taking the seat nearest available to me and digging in my food.

"I think you are really hungry ,we'll meet my group next time "she says placing her tray next to me and opens her sandwhich and starts eating ,Ethan follows her .We were having peaceful lunch until a shrill voice interrupts us.

"You are back Ethan,baby why did u leave me all those years .I missed you so much !" a blond girl came and sat next to him .Her apperance was not at all pleasing , face covered with makeup , mini skirt which barley covered her butt and the blouse which  definitely is the worst clothing you have ever seen. I look up at Ethan to realize he wasn't paying any heed to her and was focused on eating.I found this unusual,he never was the one to ignore .Ethan looks up to me "Finish your lunch Am,we got class"saying this he digs into his food.The fake barbie sat there talking gibberish,while we finished our lunch.

We hear the bell ring , putting our trays in trash we go out for our next class. "Why aren't you talking Baby?"the barbie shrieked.We stop walking and looked at her, she was practically hanging on Ethan's arm.

"Is it again because of her "she shouts while pointing her finger towards me, leaving me baffled.

"Thats enough Stacy , not a single word anymore "Ethan practically shouts.Last time,I saw him  this mad was when someone bullied me in middle school and I didnt tell anyone.He literally hit the s**t out of that guy .Ethan was always the laid back guy, never loose his calm so easily.

"Charlotte , you and Amelia go ahead .I'll see you both for P.E"saying he dragged stacy away from there.Leaving me more in confusion.Charlotte dragged me to the lockers and kept talking ,but my mind seems to be  on the scene that had unfolded before.

"Show me your schedule Am"Char says ,pulling me out of my trance.

"We have P.E together and then you have calculus and i have got arts and rest two periods we have same "She said scanning our schedules and turns out even she didnt like calculus and chemistry.We changed into our sportsgear and headed towards the ground.

Once we reached the ground, it made me realize how big it was .I was even more excited now, i've loved sports for a while now.My mom was an athlete ,the first time mom and dad met was for my mom's basketball match and dad was their cheering for the opposite team.Smile crept my face remembering their story.

"They are my girls "Charollete informs me while waving at them .

"Hey girls, She is Amelia the new girl "Char started  introducing me .I could see them sharing eye contacts with Char and confusion spread on all of their faces .

"That's Isabella , you can call her Isa or bella"Char pointed at a brunette with grey eyes and pale skin.She looks really cute.

"That's Avery , Emma and Amy"she says pointing at the two blonds and burnette.They were all really pretty and definitely had killer fashion sense.Before we could continue, whistle blow was heard and we turn towards Miss.Anne she was our P.E teacher .

"Boys, girls line up .We gonna get four lapse of the ground and then we play dodgeball"she instructed us and we started lining up .

"Before we start, new girl come up and introduce yourself"Miss Anne shouts pointing on me and again all the attention was on me.Left with no other choice, walking up next to her "Hi,I'm Amelia knight.Its nice to meet you all". As soon I finished introducing myself, Ethan entered with two unfamiliar but grogeous boys on either side of him.

Ethan came next to me and introduced himself to the class."Okay people, start your lapse "Miss Anne shouts and everyone starts running .Ethan and I are not exactly same he is more social compared to me, its not i'm not confident or shy .I just like staying to myself ,there's nothing worst when the person you trust the most betrays you and trust me it hurts like a b***h.

"Penny for your thoughts"Ethan says coming next to me and making me realize that i had already covered half of the ground .

"Where did you go?" I question him and he just shrugged "had to take care of something " was all he replied.He is being very strange today.

"Hey Ethan, wait for us"shouts a blond guy and two boys join us.These two were earlier with him as well.Keeping my pace we  all continued running.

"For a girl you sure are good."the blond guy says with a smirk on his face.

"For a boy you are just too slow"i reply rolling my eyes.

"Sweetheart, aren't u underestimating me?" blond says again with that annoying smirk on his face.

"Mason,cut it off.That's my sister."Eth says hitting his shoulder .

"Sweetcheeks, you got name?" the blond guy Mason asks me while keeping the pace with me.

"Amelia.Bye boys" increasing my speed and left them behind.Mason wasn't that bad looking .He had blond hair ,brown eyes and 5'10 height and masculine body.

We all completed our rounds and started playing Dodgeball.It was really fun ,being athletic has its own benifits.As the period came to end, I got to know more about the girls,they were really nice and it was fun to be around them. I guess my senior year won't be that bad thinking having this thought in mind,I reached my locker.Got changed and headed towards the cafeteria as i was badly craving something cold and knowing Ethan he will be hanging out with his new friends.I bought a diet coke and sat there looking out in the field .

"Do u mind if i sit here?"Asks a new voice pulling me out of my thoughts.I look up to see the other guy with Eth and Mason.

"Yeah sure" he sits down infront of me and sipps his coke.

"I'm Noah"he says looking at me with smile on his face.He had a gorgeous smile.

"I'm Amelia.Its nice to meet you Noah" i reply sipping my coke.

"Likewise.Don't bother Mason,he has always been the flirt".I just gave him a faint smile.

"Not much of talker still"He says with a smile on his face.

Before I can ask him what he means by 'still' he gets up, giving me a charming smile and left saying "You have become more pretty Ams" leaving me alone confused.

The rest of the day went blur.

The thought of what Noah said was still lingering in my mind.It was so hard to focus on any other thing.Why would someone who hardly knows me will say this .Maybe he took me for someone else,i'm sure its just a confusion ,maybe he knows someone familiar to me.I'll clear it next time we meet .I assured myself.

I'm currently waiting for Ethan by his locker, ready to go home but he is no where to be found . Its been twenty minutes already since our last class got over .Maybe he got detention,I started searching for my phone in my bag ,cant belive its such a mess already.

Suddenly someone grabs me by my hair making my phone and bag fall down "Listen,here you b***h!Its all because of you .He doesn't even want to talk to me "I have no idea who that person was or how it was my fault .I raise my hand and took my hair as if i was tying a ponytail , making her loose grasp from my hair and tieing my hair in ponytail using the rubber band on my wrist and face her.

"Its your fault,i'll kill you "She shriek again and attack me like a cat, it was really funny considering she literally was wearing a mini skirt.I simply move away making her fall down on her butt.

"Maybe if you use some less colors on face and get rid of your nasty anger ,maybe then he might talk to you "I say to her bending to her level "No brother would choose you over his sister .Better luck next time"whispering in her ear I stand up picking up my fallen phone and bag ,dusting the fake dust from my bag and checking my Iphone .No broken screen thankfully.

"Why you "

"Why you still here?"I say cutting her off.

"Good question barbie ,i'm wondering the same .I should get going ,Ethan must be waiting for me " i walked  away giving her a mock salute.

What's her problem man.She hardly knows me ,all i ever wanted was a peaceful senior year but its first day and barbie already got problem with me .Ethan must know something about it, girls always harrass me thinking I'm his girlfriend because we are always stick together.

"That was pretty impressive" the voice pulls me out of my strain of thoughts.I look up to find Noah standing there leaning with folded hands.You could easily see his biceps from inside his black shirts.

"How long have u been standing there" i look up at him for an answer,he simply shrugged

"Enough to see you threathen her on your first day here"He replied nonchalantly with a smile creeping his face.

"Great.Just great"muttering to myself, I starts to walk leaving him there .This all was just too much , I just want to sleep i'm beyond tired now.

"wait for me"He joggs and catches with me and startes walking at my pace.

"I thought of interfering but you handled it pretty well"He says with a smile.His smile is really beautiful, making my heart flutter.I'm sure girls would be crazy for him .

"Ams,come on .I'm taking you home"I look up to see my eldest brother standing there wearing his office formal suit and sunglasses.

"Nate, why are you here ?Wheres Ethan? He is the designated driver.Isn't he"i was confused , how did Ethan leave me without informing me or calling me .

"He had some urgent stuff to take care off,so he asked me to pick you up.Now hurry up."Nate informs me opening the car door.If Nates says its important it must be.

"Bye Amelia" Noah says while Nate slipps on the drivers seat.

"Bye" Nate starts driving .I love Nate's car it was the lastest version of Mercedes-Benz GT. The day he bought his car i was in love with it ,both Nate and Cameron have sports car.Sports car are my weakness ,I just love them.For my next birthday, sports car is what I want.Smile crept up my face thinking of my dream car .

"Take a nap,I know you didn't sleep well last night.I've got some errands to run ,it might take time."Nate says with a faint smile.

"Okay bro"with that I drift to my dreamland.
