The world is slipping away, fading into the blackness that surrounds me. I try to fight it, try to claw my way back to reality, but the pain is too much. My body feels heavy, like I’m sinking deeper into the abyss. The cramps in my abdomen have dulled to a distant ache, replaced by the overwhelming exhaustion that drags me under.
I don’t know how long I’ve been like this, caught between consciousness and oblivion. Time has lost all meaning. I don’t know if I’m dead, if this is what it feels like to drift away. But then, in the haze of the dark, something pulls me back.
