Tabitha’s POV The world is slipping away, fading into the blackness that surrounds me. I try to fight it, try to claw my way back to reality, but the pain is too much. My body feels heavy, like I’m sinking deeper into the abyss. The cramps in my abdomen have dulled to a distant ache, replaced by the overwhelming exhaustion that drags me under.
