"Yeah, but I guess I was momentarily blinded by her cuteness," Drake replied with a smirk.

Just then, Arianna strutted in with her entourage.

"Hey, chipmunk. Get up," she said to Chloe with a smirk.

"And get us coffee," Kristen added, flipping her hair.

"Why should—" Lucy began, but Chloe gently stopped her with a look.

"Sure," Chloe replied quietly and walked out.

Freckles and pimples cover my face. My lips are always chapped, and I wear thrifted clothes and big glasses. So yeah—ugly and poor.

Because of this, I get bullied constantly by Arianna, Kristen, and Bianca. The “It Girls” of Heinstein College.

Arianna is the queen bee. She has long brown hair, ocean-blue eyes, flawless skin, and a senator dad who's also a billionaire. She's cruel—but breathtaking.

Kristen is the “cute one,” with a smile that could melt ice and parents who own five companies.

Bianca? She’s tall, chic, and her parents literally own the college.

They’ve got everything—except brains. They consistently rank lowest in class, Bianca always dead last.

I sighed.

Elena gave me a sympathetic look. “Maybe go talk to him after the rush?”

I nodded and got to work.
