The Marshall family consists of a pretend mother, Marianne, father, William, and two grown children, Alex and Marcus.
We arrive at their quaint house on the outskirts of a village on the southernmost part of Bornholm Island, in Denmark. It’s almost like stepping back in time. Everything seems remarkably well-preserved, and untouched by the likes of the mighty skyscrapers in other parts of the world.
The lush green countryside gives way to the ocean not too far from the house, which, while still small, has had additions. You can tell, but they did their best to keep up with the style. Maybe it’s been done recently. Maybe for me.
