We all were waiting for Charles to come so we can surprise him for his birthday. We all were at his apartment at the surprise birthday party Annie planned for him. All the lights were off I was standing in the lounge with everyone when my phone vibrated. I took the call but the voice of the other person was not coming clearly, so I moved in the lobby. From there I can see clearly the entrance of the apartment, I start talking with my colleague, when the doorbell rings, it is Charles. My heartbeat fasten I don know why?
