The hall was as enchanting as I had visualized. Marble pillars supported the splendidly domed ceiling with luxurious lamps attached to them. Instead of fire or a bulb, they contained crystals which saturated the hall in sparkly lily-white glow.
As if we had travelled back in time, people wearing impressive medieval gowns and suits filled the hall. Several round tables were occupied by couples and families. They all possessed cordial glasses containing glistening turquoise liquid. Judging by the warmth and overall joy radiating through the hall, it was undoubtedly, the atmosphere that made this place so appealing.
