When I open my eyes the next morning, I am alone in bed.
Disappointed I look around, Zane is nowhere to be seen. When I turn next to me, I see a note and a lonely Lely on the pillow beside me. With a smile, I pick up the flower and smell it. It's still fresh, so Zane went out and picked it from the wild to surprise me.
