Seraphine decided to go to the second brother of Alpha King Alaric. Alpha Carlson, the leader of the Bluemoon pack. She and her allies snuck out of the Redmoon pack and started their journey, heading north through the mountains. It was a steep run, but they had to move fast in order to gain ground before Alpha Daven realized they were gone. They put their clothes in their mouths and ran through the night in their wolf forms. Meanwhile, back in the Redmoon pack, About three hours after Seraphine and her pack members had escaped, the guards were still standing in front of the guest chambers. A pack omega approached them with a bucket of water in her hands. "Stop there, what do you want?" The first guard demanded. The young girl shivered visibly. "I_ I am here to check if the Luna, Her Highness wants a bath." she stuttered, obviously scared, her voice shaky. The guard looked with lust-filled eyes. "I wouldn’t mind if you took the bath for me instead," he said, smiling creepily. "I am under orders from the Alpha," she said, almost folding into herself. "Well the Alpha is not here now, is he?" He said, advancing towards her. At that moment, the other guard cleared his throat, looking bored. He shot him an annoyed look before he moved back, staring at the terrified omega for a heartbeat, and then turned to the door. "Luna," he said as he placed a knock on the door. There was no reply. He paused for a beat and then knocked again, still no reply. He looked at the other guard alarmed and then tried to open the door. It didn't move, it was jammed from the inside. He moved back and threw his whole body at the door. The door burst open, and he fell inside the room. The other guard rushed in only to discover the room was empty. He looked up at the empty window and ran to the Alpha's quarters. Alpha Daven was just about to go to sleep when Stark burst inside his room, breathing hard, "We have a problem, Alpha," he said, avoiding his eyes. "What is it ?" Daven demanded. "The Luna, Seraphine_, she left." he said, almost shaking. Alpha Daven jumped out of his bed. "What do you mean she left ?," he growled. "The guards in front of her room just found out that she had disappeared, the rest of her pack at the far end of the cabin had also disappeared. It seems like they have all left, Alpha." He said, his head bowed low. A growl came from deep inside Daven's throat, "How could you have been so careless? Tell me. How did they get away without you noticing? I gave you just one job, and you managed to mess it up." Stark fell on his knees. "I am sorry, Alpha. I already have all my men searching the entire pack house. They couldn't have gone that far, we will find them in no time." At that moment, a guard rushed inside and whispered into Stark's ears. "Their scents have been discovered at the northern border, Alpha. My men followed it. It seems they are heading north." Stark said, facing Daven. Alpha Daven started pacing, "If they are heading north that means they are heading to the Bluemoon pack," he growled. "How dare she? How dare she leave me and go for Carlson? I am the only person that has a right to the throne!" he shouted. He turned to Stark furiously. "Gather all the men and follow them. Bring Seraphine back alive. I don't care what happens to the rest of them." "You know what, I will find her myself." "Yes Alpha!" A group of rogues led by Alpha Daven, followed their scent and chased after them. As the moon hung high in the night sky, casting a silvery glow over the rugged mountains, the rapid sounds of paws hitting the ground filled the air. Seraphine sprinted through the dense forest, her heart racing in her chest. The sound of growls echoed behind her, a chilling reminder that the rogue werewolves were hot on her trail. She coul feel their hunger and their desire to claim the throne through her for themselves. As they carefully navigated the treacherous terrain, Seraphine glanced back to see the rogues gaining ground. Alpha Daven was at the forefront, his huge gray wolf easily distinguishable because it was smooth and healthy compared to the matted and rugged appearance and red eyes of the rest of the rogues behind him. He led the rogues and he was relentless. “Keep moving!” Gareth shouted, urging the group forward. “We need to reach the borders of Bluemoon before they catch up!” Seraphine nodded, her mind racing. Getting to Bluemoon was their only hope. They would gain sanctuary that could provide them with a refuge and a chance to regroup. Alpha Daven would not risk starting a war between both packs by crossing the pack's borders without permission. But the path was fraught with danger and the rogues were relentless. As they rounded a bend she saw a cave where they could hide ahead, partially obscured by thick foliage. “There it is!” she exclaimed, pushing herself to run faster. But just as they approached, a rogue emerged from the shadows blocking their path.
