An attack on wheels

Ethel climbed into his tank and gave the order to advance on the battlefield, while Alfons advanced behind them with his battalion.   The tanks moved at 5 kilometers per hour because their mission was to spearhead the soldiers who had to be behind them to take care of them.   As they advanced across the battlefield, they passed through the hundreds of craters created by the various explosions that deviated from their original course.   After advancing for a while, they reached the first line of defense trenches from the elves.   But how they expected no one came out to attack them because they were completely sure that all the elves were dead.   Although that only reassured them a bit because they knew that what they were going to face would be the skeletons.   Ethel looked at his communications officer. “Order all tanks to prepare ammunition and weapons because we will face a horde of skeletons once we get through the trenches.”   After saying those words, all the tanks of the 1st armored battalion began to see their weapons stop and when they crossed the first trenches.   The attack against them began in the land of the trenches, where thousands of skeletons began to rise and were quickly killed by the machine guns of the tanks.   Alfons, listening to the machine guns, gave the order to prepare his soldiers, so everyone with their Sb-1 submachine guns began to run towards the trenches.   When they entered the trenches, they came face to face with the skeletons.   For which everyone used their weapons and bayonets to kill the skeletons that were, because they moved slowly, they could eliminate them as quickly as possible.   At that time, they began with the cleaning of the first trench, in which they faced thousands of skeletons that were in the place.   While they were doing that, the tanks were facing off against the bone golems in the place.   The Bone Golems that were being formed were extremely gigantic, but it took only two shots from the RK-1 tank cannons to finish them off.   But despite that, the golems that were being formed began to be more than they could destroy.   Ethel, who was sweating, pulled the trigger and the tank fired while another of his soldiers handed him a shell.   “We are facing a real danger. Inform him Unterfeldwebel Alfons that I require your assistance with the Anti-materiel rifles.”   Alfons, who was destroying some skeletons, was distracted when one of his communication officers approached him. “Unterfeldwebel Alfons, Unterfeldwebel Ethel is requesting support with Anti-materiel rifles to eliminate the Bone Golems.”   Alfons sighed. “Give the order that the soldiers with Anti-materiel rifles prepare to be able to climb over the trenches to help the tanks against the Bone Golems.   That they point at the head or extremities so that they cannot move. “   The communications officer transmitted the orders of the Unterfeldwebel Alfons, when the soldiers with their Anti-materiel rifles arrived across the battlefield.   They climbed through the wood of the trenches to the top section and when they saw the Bone Golems; they were afraid, so they shot at all of them.   The 50 caliber bullets proved to be efficient against those bone creatures which crumbled like paper because the bullets destroyed entire parts of their bodies.   With the support of the Anti-materiel rifles, the tanks increased the rate of fire they were doing, so in a short time they managed to suppress the Golems.   When the Golems were completely destroyed, the tanks increased speed to clear even more areas of the trenches.   For their part, the soldiers returned to the trenches and began to help their comrades to be able to completely clean that place.   The group of more than 100 soldiers took at least ten minutes to clean the first trench, so they advanced to the second to continue their work to kill the enemies.   While this was happening in that part of the battlefield in the other areas of the battlefield, the other tank battalions were having their problems.   Especially with the large number of skeletons which made full tides, this occurred mainly on the battlefield near the borders that did not have any natural barrier.   In order to fight against that, the air force sent zeppelins and bombardments to fill all the consenting enemies with bombs and projectiles.   The elves had long since retreated to create defense zones within the elven kingdoms in order to prepare to face the enemies.   They knew that the war this time would be one of defense, which was a disgrace since they had been expelled from the empire of the half-elves.   Not to mention that the further they advance in their lands, they will be able to come into contact with the areas of the continent that are under rebel control.   So with them, they will know where to move to be able to finish them off. Their only chance to stop them was to use more slave souls to feed the runes of the elf god.   In order to continue creating skeletons to be able to have an army to a greater with which they could completely eliminate the humans.   Ethel’s tank continued to advance through the trenches until after a few hours it reached the river where all the bridges had been destroyed by the elves.   In a desperate attempt to stop the advance of the humans, shortly after Alfons and his battalion arrived, they also did so, only that they were quite exhausted.   Because they had removed miles and miles of places full of skeletons, the only good thing was that they had finished the mission that same day.   At least in his group, they were already on the border of the Agmadis empire so that they could carry out the war against the elves in their lands.   When Alfons saw the river, he sighed and sat on a stone while using a cloth to wipe his face.   At that moment, he could feel something cold on his cheek, so he raised his gaze and could see. Ethel who was offering him a bottle of cold beer.   “As members of the armored battalion, we have some privileges.”   Alfons smiled and took the beer, which he opened, and started drinking. “I missed the taste of an excellent beer, thanks for it.”   Ethel, who was also drinking his beer, sat on a stone. “Now we just have to move forward to get into elf territory, where I’m sure there will only be enemies.   I hope you are prepared. “   Alfons, who had taken a good drink of his beer, sighed. “I’m always ready. I just hope this war doesn’t last for years.   I wish I could see my family“
