Emma sometimes felt that she was a little

shameless as she had done useless things for Arthur. She tried her best to keep calm and avoid getting discouraged by Arthur's words. She replied, "There will still be a divorce, and the child is yours nevertheless."

Arthur sneered, thinking that Emma was joking, She worked so hard to give birth and planned to give the child to him after that. Did she think that he would believe these words? It was a complete nonsense.

"Such a great idea. However, you're so calculative, so why should I believe you? You must give up the child!" Arthur said cruelly.

Emma's face was drained of color. She could not believe what she heard. Did he just say he wanted to be rid of the child?

Emma was unwilling to do so. His cruel words broke down her line of defense. "No, I'm going to give birth to the child. It is our child."

"Do you know that I hate you?" Arthur grabbed Skylar's hand and said, "And that includes your baby. It will be born as a b*stard. It would be much better to abort it now."

Emma burst into tears in shock. His cruel words provoked her and almost made her collapse. The blood in Emma's body was flowing backward, and she couldn't speak for a while.

When Arthur took her to the gynaecology department, Emma finally came back to her senses. She wiped away her tears and struggled agitatedly, "Let me go!"

"Emma, do you know why I don't want to have a baby with you? Because as long as you have a baby, I could never cut ties with you. This will be my nightmare and marrying you is my nightmare!"

"That's enough!"

Emma was in so much pain that she gave Arthur a hard slap.

The loud c***k made Arthur stop walking and let Emma come to her senses. Disappointed, she stared at Arthur with teary eyes. "We're divorcing now. I'm not going to give the child to you."

Shocked for a long time, Arthur looked dumbfounded at Emma and he loosened his grip on her.

Freed from him, Emma turned around in a despondent state. She not only had Arthur in her life, but she also had a child with her. However,the child was pitiful to have lost both its mother and its father when it was born.

At this moment, Emma was uncertain again. Had she made the right choice?

If the baby was not happy, what was the point of giving birth to it?

Emma silently shed tears, uncertain of the future. The child was for Arthur's memory of her, but he didn't want it.

"She's pregnant. She's pregnant with your child, Arthur. Will you abandon me?"

Aria was terrified. She was afraid that Arthur would abandon her because of Emma's pregnancy, so she kept asking Arthur. Initially annoyed, he was even more irritated by Aria's question. Aria stiffened and lowered her head. The feeling of uncertainty made her very uncomfortable. It was not that she did not believe in Arthur, but that she would never feel comfortable until the day Emma and Arthur had a divorce. One day, the lie would be exposed, and then not only would she not have Arthur by her side, but Arthur would also hate her. This was what she wanted to avoid."Of course not." Aria smiled awkwardly and quickly held his hand. "I don't believe Emma. She's so cunning that she could do anything to satisfy her own selfish desire. She almost got me killed, so I'm afraid."

Arthur pushed Aria away and said, "I don't want to hear the name "Emma" anymore. If you are tired, take a good rest. Don't meddle in business that you aren't involved in."

Arthur left in frustration. He was not as patient as before. It made him uncomfortable when Aria talked about Emma and he was confused with his feelings. Thinking at the disappointed and tearful look on Emma's face, he was terrified that Emma would suddenly leave him, so he immediately gave up the idea of the child abortion

When Aria mentioned Emma in front of him and talked about what she had done, he was very disgusted. He didn't want anyone to ruin Emma's reputation. This kind of mixed-up emotion made Arthur suffer a lot, and he started to get a headache again.

After taking the painkiller, Arthur took a deep breath and his headache subsided.

"My head hurt again."
