“Well, Dr. Brain, we appreciate you being able to make a space for us in your schedule,” Marta said, entering through the door of his office.
“I had been told it was urgent, and I preferred to call them in my office, so I can show them my patient files if necessary.”
“We just want to know Liam’s,” Marta stated as she looked at the shelf of antique medical objects that he kept as a small museum in a glass case.
To tell the truth, they were not too many, but it did seem that they were, like a hundred years old or more, of course none were for daily use, since some were peeling off, and others of an almost greenish color; but they all seemed to be important, at least to this doctor, since they occupied the central part of the cabinet.
