"Mom?" The two voices spoke in unison from the opening of the living room door. I looked up almost instantly, and thought I was seeing double for a moment. There were two nearly identical teen girls standing at the doors. They had long, shining black hair that looked like Niko's and his mother's, but theirs hung mostly loose around their faces, just one tiny braid on the left side tucked behind their ears.
The longer I looked at these girls, the more I realized they weren't twins, but they were very alike. The one on the left, leaning against the frame of the door, was a little older, her face just a little more matured. She was also taller by approximately two inches.
