AUBREY’S POV
Saying that the food was nice is an understatement. The food was so good. I was very full by the time we went to his office to kick start the investigation.
His office was vast. It had so many books and it also had a white board where we could easily strategize and link how our investigation was going to take place.
There were a couple of books at the book shelf. He is a book worm. You could tell from seeing all those different books.
He took a seat on the other side of the mahogany study table and I sat on this other end, directly opposite from where he was seated.
“We should start, right?” I asked looking around when he was till for a few seconds.
