“Get the hell out!” Daniel shouted.
“I am!” Frank his newly hired male nurse yelled back at him.
The man had some nerve. Daniel didn’t need a whole lot from his nurse, but he’d had to yell for him for thirty minutes before getting a response because it turns out he’d brought his girlfriend with him.
Apparently this man had expected a complete invalid, not someone that was just trying to not be mobile. He had seemed surprised when Daniel had let him in this morning, apparently not surprised enough to change his plans for the day though.
