Alpha king

His daily life

“Maintain your discipline today because the king will come today and I don’t want him to think that you are a spoiled brat” the alpha of the crescent moon pack ordered his daughter who is giving him angry glares.

“But dad, why the hell do I need to even meet him because I am not interested to meet him or have any business with him, you are the alpha you deal with it and leave me alone” the daughter spoke and her words made her father took a deep breath.

“Look Alcie, I know you don’t like the power but listen to me I will have to give up my throne once you meet your mate, and I am not sure who will be your mate and will he be able to take care of my pack the right way and recently I came to know that the king is trying to chose a mate for his own since he couldn’t find his mate yet.. so I need you to be behave so that he might consider you to be the chosen one” the alpha spoke and Alcie was shocked listening to his dad and his words for her.

“So, you mean to say that I need to act like some other person so that some random wolf who is unfortunately the king will like me and chose me as his mate.. then what about the time if he meets his mate, then what will happen to me” Alcie asked her father with a shocked face while her father looked at him with a smile on his face.

“Once the ceremony will be done with the king then the original mate bond given by the moon goddess will be killed” he spoke and Alcie looked at him with a shocked face.

“What the hell, you mean to say that once any person is chosen by the king then she will not the chance of finding the love ans what if the things doesn’t workout with the king” Alcie asked her father who looked at her with a ridiculous look.

“Are you mad Alcie, he is choosing that person as the mate then obviously things will workout between them” her father replied to her and she shut her mouth having no other choice.

“Okay but remember I will agree to his proposal only if I like him” Alcie spoke and this made her father happy as he is sure that she will be chosen by the king to be his queen.

“Okay now go and get ready” Alcie was dismissed by her father and having no other choice Alcie went to her room to get ready for the thing which she is not happy about.

“Welcome king” the alpha welcomed the king with a smile on his face. The king just nodded his head at the alpha and he went inside the pack house. King was accompanied with his beta who was skeptical of the things around them.

“King, I think something is off here” the beta mind linked the king who looked at him for a second and scanned the area around him.

“I don’t find anything different here, Alex” the king linked back his beta who was still confused with the things around him.

“No there is something” Alex spoke back to his king and he wanted to find out anything which will harm his king.

“Please come this way King, we will discuss the things in the meeting room” the alpha voice brought Alex from his thoughts and he followed his king.

“Before we discuss let me inform you that my daughter will be the next alpha for this pack, so I think it will be appropriate that we will discuss things when she is there” the alpha spoke and the king was surprised to see that a women will be leading the pack in future.

“Sure but ask her to come fast because we have less time now” the king spoke and the alpha left the room to call his daughter. The king turned towards his beta with a frown on his face.

“What happened to you Alex, why are you on edge today?” The king asked him and Alex understood that the person asking that question was his friend and not the king.

“I don’t have any idea Jack, I feel like something is happening and my wolf is not calm” Alex spoke and the king looked at him with a worried look. Before he can say anything, there was a knock and the alpha came along with Alcie.

As soon as Alcie, entered the meeting room she froze on her place as she looked into Alex eyes. He stood on his feet looking at her and he instantly knew that she was his mate. Alex moves towards Alcie and he held her hand which made the sparks alive with their touch.

“Mate” Alex spoke and Alcie smiled at him. Alex hugged her and she hugged him back. The alpha was shocked because he wanted his daughter to have the king as the mate and not the beta.

“I think you both need sometime so you both go ahead me and Jacob will discuss the things further” Jackson, the king spoke looking at his beta who was smiling looking at his mate. They nodded their heads and moved out from the room.

“I think we need to discuss a few more things now” Jackson spoke and Jacob looked at him with an unreadable expression.

“First, I need to know what is going to happen to my pack if my daughter moves with your beta” Jacob asked being genuinely concerned about his pack.

“Your pack will be merged with my kingdom and it will be under the direct protection of the king” Jackson spoke which decreased the worries of Jacob. Soon they discussed the things which they want and Alcie decided to move with her mate now itself. The trio left to the kingdom with happiness.

“I am so happy for you Alex” Jackson spoke while they were on their way to the kingdom.

“Even me too and now I wish that you will find yours too soon” Alex spoke while holding the hand of Alice which made her smile at him.

“I am done with that now Alex, I am tired searching for her and being the King I can’t even look for her more because there are many people who want that place for their own benefits” Jackson spoke and Alex looked at him with a sad smile.

“I don’t know whether I can say this or not but there are many people who are ready to be your chosen mate for the power they are going to get to any extent to achieve that so if you are going to chose someone then make sure that person is the right one” Alice spoke to Jackson for the first time and listening to her Jackson became silent and Alice felt like she did a wrong by speaking. She held Alex hand tighter which made him look at her with an assuring look.

“I think you are right and I need to chose someone who is best for this role” Jackson spoke after a pause and the rest of the ride was silent as everyone were lost in their thoughts.
