I woke up because the room is so damn hot. I might accidently press the remote and turn it off. I got up from the bed and took off my shirt. It's damn hot and I'm sweating crazily.
I washed my face and brushed my teeth. I walked out from the room and decided to check on Olivia. I knocked on her room and no answer. Maybe she's still asleep. I walked to Paxton's kitchen and I slipped as I saw Olivia standing there making a coffee.
"Good morning Dan-" She gasped and closed her eyes
"You just got up?"
"I went to the mart and apple store to buy a new phone," She said, still covering her eyes. I smirked and walked to her
"Never seen a guy shirtless before?" I whispered to her ear and walked to make coffee too
"Can you put on a shirt please? Yes I never look at one so please wear a shirt" I glanced at the clock and it's 11. Oh s**t! My parents..
I ran to the room and checked on my phone. Morris missed calling me 20 times. I quickly called him
"Go back to the hotel i***t!" Morris said as he picked up the call
"Be there" I said and I put on my clothes. I walked out in a hurry
"Where are you going?"
"My parents are here" I said shortly and walked out the door. Suddenly I felt so uneasy leaving her here , I turned back inside the house
"Quickly change" I said to her and she looked at me disbelief
"Go change and come with me" I said
"But you're going to be with your family" She said
"I hate repeating things Olivia , go and change" I said coldly and she ran to the room. I looked at my phone and I looked at the chat on our group chat
Daniel : Taking Olivia there
Morris : What? You want to be killed?
Aiden : Don't be stupid!
Axel : You will get us all in trouble
I sighed looking at the respon , I called Morris instead
"Don't be stupid Daniel" Morris bursted as he picked up my call
"Tell mom and dad that I'm meeting with friends then , I'll be there there at 1"
"Make sure that you're alone, Daniel'' He reminded me and I ended the call. Suddenly Olivia walked out from the room with a simple light blue off shoulder dress.
"My sister gave me my luggage this morning so I have some clothes"
"I don't care" I said coldly and I walked out of Paxton's house. I got into my car and Olivia followed me.. she entered the car and immediately put on the seatbelt
"Where do you want to go?" I asked and she turned to me disbelief
"I thought you're going to-"
"Name one place"
"The beach" She said quickly , I started the car and reversed it out from Paxton's house. I drove to the beach
"Thankyou Daniel" She suddenly said
At first I didn't like her, she kept ordering me and asking me things. As the time slowly goes by , I realise that she just wants to know new things and learn a lot of things that she never did before. She kept being nice even I always being cold to her
I thought about it last night , I tried to put myself in her shoes. I might do the same thing so I decided to take to one place that she wanted to go
"After this , I won't disturb you again. I already booked a hotel near here. I will stay there.. I will remember and owe you someday" She said cheerfully and I have never seen a girl this bright before. She's excited to see the real world but she didn't know that not all of it is good. There are a lot of bad things
Why do I keep getting this feeling? The feeling that I need to keep her close , that I shouldn't let her travel alone
"So how old are you Daniel?" She asked
"22"
"I'm 21" She said
"So you're in college?"
"I skip college and work with my dad instead" I answered and glanced at her. She kept looking outside the window
"Are you dating Crystal?" What? Of course no! She turned her head to me
"No" I answered
"Are you an ordinary person?" She asked
"This isn't Q&A session princess" I said coldly because I hate when people asked about my private life
"Sorry" I found it unique to hear her british accent , I found it amusing
We arrived at the beach , I parked my car and got out. Olivia got out from my car and her eyes stuck to the beach. She's just like a little girl who discovers new things. She walked to the beach first and I followed her from the back
"You've never seen the beach before?" I asked
"The freedom , I love it. Enjoying this free time really means a lot to me" She said her eyes can't stop admiring the view
"What will you do if you go back?" I asked , I'm quite curious about that
"I don't know , maybe my father is still going to arrange to marry me. I was hoping for freedom. Maybe go study abroad and meet someone ordinary. Date.. and the get married.. have kids.. live ordinary" She said and smiling just imagining that
"Goodluck" I said looking at the sea and she turned to me
"Thank you so much Daniel , this time really means a lot to me. I don't know how much I want to thank you. I will find you again and personally thank you and owe you a lot because of this" She smiled and I was taken by when I saw that green eyes
The sun illuminates her face making her shine more. She looked so beautiful and.. what the f**k am I thinking? I looked away from her
"Put your number here and save my number. Tell me what you do everyday by text me about it every night before you go to sleep" I said giving my phone to her
"Really? So it means we're friends?" She asked and I nodded
"Oh my gosh , I'm so happy. You're my first friend ever Daniel" She squealed while typing her phone number into my phone. She missed call her phone
"Be careful. Since I'm going to be here for 2 weeks too , you can call me if something wrongs" I said and why did I say that?
Olivia turned to me and smiled so widely and I rolled my eyes
"Thank you so much" Suddenly she hugged me and I was taken back with her sudden action
"What do you want to do again?"
"Eat a pizza" She said
"Let's go then" I turned my body and I found myself smiling
