Margarete’s pov
I jumped at the doctor and started throwing punches, I could vaguely hear other people's voices but my blood was boiling and all I could hear was the thumping of my heart in my ears. I could feel people pulling me away from the doctor that did it.
“NO, let go of me!” I screamed as I attempted to claw my way to the sorry excuse of a doctor. I felt their grip tighten and I fought harder.
“Tell me now, what made you do this?” I heard Emerald ask, I could tell she was upset too.
The doctor glared at me, his hand still on his jaw. “I made the call, we knew how devastating it would be for her to lose him. The effects it would have on Luca would be massive. We decided this was the best course of action to keep him from dying.” He said as he began to rub his jaw.
