Lisa’s POV The space was expansive, not as large as his, no… but close enough that the difference felt intentional, not diminishing. Floor-to-ceiling windows stretched across one side, letting in natural light that softened the otherwise structured atmosphere of the floor. A sleek desk sat at the center… glass and dark wood, custom-built, with a system already set up and running. Behind it, a high-backed chair that looked more executive than assistant. To the side, a seating area. Not decorative. Functional. Two armchairs and a low table… meant for conversations, briefings, discussions. Not errands. Not orders. A wall-mounted digital board flickered softly with schedules, updates, internal feeds. Organized. Alive. Controlled. There were shelves too… minimal, but intentional. F
