The Second Day III “We’re playing Blue Mountain University tomorrow. We’ve played with them before.” Coach said in a serious tone. I figured he’d be serious considering they’re a strong team too. “Both official and practice. You already know what to look out for from them, but don’t get ahead of yourselves.” Right. Very coach thing to say. “A lot can change during the course of the last time we played against each other. They could be better now so watch out still.” “Yes coach!” Everyone chanted in chorus. I leaned back, letting my arms carry my weight as we sat down the floor. Same old, same old meeting contents. Coach needs to up his encouragement speeches if he wants us to go to nationals.
