I decided to call Emily to see what she knew about the Laura visit. I am quite sure that Mrs. Madison talked with my father that week. Emily would be privy to any conversation the two of them had. Emily answered the phone on the first ring. “Emily, how did your spring break go?” I inquired.
“It was very quiet. It would have been much more pleasurable if you would have come home,” she said.
The word she used “pleasurable” signaled me that she was ready for some s****l activity. Deep down, I just know that she is still a virgin. I have already experienced that once with Ilka.
