I let her and Charlie have their moment with finding her dress. I was happy she decided to be somewhat traditional with me, not seeing her in it, because I wanted that feeling of seeing her for the first time in it coming down the aisle.
I decided to surprise her, and not only get her favorite chocolate-covered strawberries, but also some tiger butter fudge. Katrina loved her sweets, and I've noticed that since she was pregnant, her love for sweets has only grown.
As I was walking to the candy shop, my dad called. "Hey dad, you guys alright?" I asked. He told me that they were fine, but had run into a little issue with Amber and Charlie's houses. They had also been torched. Great. How do I explain this to Charlie?
"You have got to be kidding me. How is Amber?" I asked.
