"Everything is stocked up in the kitchen. I think dad bought enough to feed an army for weeks. Chad, Brian, Michael and Alex will be here with you guys, and there are almost 40 other men on the property just in case. I promise you that you are safe now and will be until we get home Sunday night. Please, don't leave the ranch for any reason," I explained to Katrina as dad and I were getting ready to head out.
I didn't want to leave her here, but dad insisted that we couldn't bring them along for this meeting. Brandon Cope was already weird about letting others into his home, and knowing the situation with Katrina, I'm sure he wouldn't be pleased to know we were bringing a target with us.
