Dealing with my demons have become overwhelming, but I'm trying. The outpatient care is enough to help maintain my sobriety, but therapy for everything else is lacking. I can see that I'm starting to become irritable with my wife again, and I don't want that to get out of hand.
I am meeting with my care specialists today at Horizons, and although I haven't spoken to Kat about it yet, I want to talk to him about inpatient care. When I was doing my mandatory stay, the therapists were much better, and helped me even in that short period of time.
I knocked on Mason's door, and when I went in, he had a smile on his face. "Derrick, my man. You're doing great from what I hear. How are you feeling?" he asked.
I asked if I could sit, and he motioned towards the chair by his desk
