I let out a sigh. "He threatened me not to tarnish their pack. Apparently, they are offended when I pointed out that the missing teens are all from Rassler——from their territory."
He sneered. "What a douche. I don't even see that they're really our ally. Speaking of that, are you really sure that this witch can be trusted? Even if she's Sage's friend, she's still loyal to her coven."
"We have no choice but to seek for their help." I looked over the window when Vance pulled over in front of a ranch-style house. No one would suspect that a family of witches was living here because it looked like an ordinary house among the others.
